What to Expect Before You Order (Timing & Guarantees)

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. The timeframes mentioned are estimates only, and specific delivery dates cannot be promised. Orders are processed within several working days after purchase. Once prepared, your package is dispatched via a fully tracked courier service. The estimated transit time is between several business days, but this is a guideline, not a firm commitment.

Partial Deliveries & Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, available items are shipped immediately. The remaining items will follow in a separate shipment when they become available. Receiving only part of your order is normal in this situation.

Tracking Your Shipment

After dispatch, a confirmation email and/or text message is sent. This includes a tracking ID and a link. A text message is only sent if a mobile phone number was provided. You can also check the status of your shipment at any time on our Tracking Page.

When Things Take Longer
